Hi my name is Tyler and this is my about me page. I have been constantly looking for ways to develop the best way to train athleticism. The key components that make a great athlete come into terms of strength, fitness, and agility. I have been training for the past 7 years on becoming a better athlete.
Here is My Story: That’s Me —>
At the age of 15, I decided that I would make the courageous stride towards working out. At the time, I was mainly doing it to get rid of belly fat and was worried about physical appearance. I didn’t start training for sports until I was about 17. My whole regiment of working out shifted tremendously. I went from doing standard long distance running with a bodybuilding approach of lifting weights to training like an athlete. The ultimate goal was to be the best athlete possible.
Baseball was the sport that I excelled at, which led me on to play at the college level. Between the ages of 18 and 19, I lost a substantial amount of weight due to the excessive amount of training. I couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to gain weight while training. I’ve educated myself towards the topic and finally gained weight. I have experienced how to lose weight and how to gain weight making my knowledge of nutrition of value.
As of now, at the age of 22, I am still training for baseball. I have great explosive power while hitting and pitching. At the age of 18 I was sitting from 79-83 Mph, and now I sit from 87-91 mph. So my style of training works and I am working everyday to perfect the way I train.
The reason I am reaching out to other athletes is to give you tips, and advice on how to avoid any plateaus you may be currently at. Although I have spent most of my time training for baseball and other sports, I have found that it all starts with a fundamental approach that can contribute to anyone trying to improve their fitness level. I have had a lot of great experiences and a lot of bad experiences through my journey and my goal is to help you guys avoid the bad ones. I hope this about me page has given you insight on who I am, and what I’m trying to accomplish.
